The Frost Farm in Derry, NH was home to Robert Frost and his family from 1900-1909. Trustee and Poet Robert W. Crawford and Farm Caretaker Bill Gleed started The Hyla Brook Poets group in 2008 as a monthly poetry workshop. In March 2009, the monthly Hyla Brook Reading Series launched with readings by emerging poets as well as luminaries such as Maxine Kumin, Richard Blanco, David Ferry, Linda Pastan, and Sharon Olds. The international Frost Farm Prize for metrical poetry was founded in 2010. Poetry at the Frost Farm: Writing in Meter and Form was launched in 2014.
